Return and Refund Policy

At AJ Punnagai, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Notification and Return Time Frame

- Customers must inform our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product if they wish to return it.
- The item must be returned within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Condition of Returned Items

- All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- A mandatory opening video showing the condition of the item upon arrival is required for validation.

3. Return Process

- Returns are only accepted for damaged items.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

4. Refunds

- We offer store credits for the amount of the returned items, rather than direct monetary refunds.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement.

6. Restocking Fee

- A restocking fee of Rs.150 will be charged for each return.

7. Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, AJ Punnagai will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

8. Exceptions

- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

9. Handling of Credits

- Store credits will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.

10. Customer Responsibility

- Customers are responsible for returning the item safely in the same packaging with all the cushions and protective materials.
