Return and Refund Policy

At AJ Punnagai, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

  1. Return Policy and Time Frame
    • Client must inform our support team via Email or Whatsapp within 24 hours of receiving the package for any damage or missing product claim.
    • Opening video is required for claiming transit damage or missing product(s) if any. This is mandatory for any claim to be made to our courier partners.
    • We issue replacements for damage of products during transit.
    • All returned items must be in their original condition and same packaging with all cushions and materials.
  1. Return / Exchange Process
    • We shall arrange pick up for the damaged product if return pickup services are available for the pincode, else the client might have to reship the parcel back to us and standard shipping cost of Rs.100 will be refunded.
    • Replacement will be provided for the damage returns. In case of unavailability of the same product, coupon code will be provided for the product value which can be redeemed for your future purchases.
    • Any return shipment to be sent within 3 working days after delivery of parcel.
    • Upon receiving the returns we would process the replacement.
    • For all other returns/exchange, the client is responsible for the shipping costs.
  1. We do NOT accept return for the below reasons:
    • There might be slight variations in the colour tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the screen settings of each device. Please be assured that you will exactly get the same quality of what you see on the website. For any clarifications on product colour/tone/size please reach out to our team before ordering.
    • If Jewellery’s physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking. Please see Colour/Tone mentioned for each product before ordering.
    • If the Jewel is heavy or looks big or ordered incorrect size. Please see measurement and weight of jewels mentioned under each product section before ordering.
    • Size chart for bangles is always available on every bangle page. Please measure your bangle size correctly before you make a purchase. We do not provide exchanges/refunds for wrong size orders placed.
    • Earring posts are bent purposefully in some cases to avoid breakage. This is not considered as a transit damage.
    • Under rare conditions, the jewellery beads or stones may have fallen during transit. These can be easily fixed with fabric glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
    • Semi-precious and precious jewellery are made by hand and may have slight irregularities in designs that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered as defect for exchange/refund.
  1. Cancellation
    • The placed orders CANNOT be cancelled or exchanged for another product. If a particular item in your order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced with any other item. Any additional price to be paid by the client or coupon code for the value can be provided for the product that can be used on future orders.
  1. Undelivered Return to Origin (RTO)
    • We recommend client or anyone authorized by the client to be available at the destination address mentioned to pick up the jewellery in the courier service timings which is typically 9am IST to 5pm IST. In case of person unavailability, a total of two to three attempts will be done for the courier to be delivered. But beyond the specified limit of trying to deliver, the parcel will be returned to the origin.
    • Re-shipping will be done after approval and the client might have to bear the re-shipping costs.
